Every evening our kitchen staff will spoil you with something special. In our dining rooms we will serve you delicious 4 course dinners, prepared with great care. Our chef takes great pride in using local products and herbs typical for the region. Enjoy our local delicacies such as Studel, Tyrolean dumplings, Speck and roasted chestnuts.

Souty Tyrol is famous for its tradition of ''Törggelen''. The locals gather with family and friends and enjoy some solid food such as Surfleisch (smoked pork), Sauerkraut and blood sausage, served with sweet wine, and then, to top it all off, roasted chestnuts with baked ''Krapfen'' (similar to doughnuts). Studel and ''Knödel" (dumplings) Be it as appetizer, main course, side dish or even dessert: in late autumn it's Knödel-time in South Tyrol! The traditional apple strudel is a rare delight.
